Who knew mixing cider and honey jack daniels could work so well! We’ve chosen Little Pomona  for this exciting cocktail that is sure to get your tastebuds racing.

Honey Jack Cider

60ml JD Tennessee Honey

500ml Cider

Ice

3 -4 Lime wedges ( to taste)

Combine JD, Cider and Ice in shaker and pour into chilled glasses. Top with squeezed lime wedges ( to taste).

Now Cider might not be your first thought when it comes to strawberry cocktails however the two flavours really compliment each other and this is one not to be missed!

Strawberry Cider Punch

Fresh Strawberries

300ml Cider

200ml Lemonade

200 ml Strawberry Liqueur

1 Shot of vodka

Mint leaves for garnish

Limes for garnish

Directions:

Place the crushed strawberries into a large pitcher, add all the remaining ingredients and stir. Serve this sweet concoction over ice. Garnish with mint leaves and limes if desired.

Orchard Mimosa

Now we know there’s nothing better than a mimosa – it’s the perfect morning treat when on holiday – but did you know it could get better by using cider?

INGREDIENTS

30ml freshly squeezed orange juice

30ml Cider

Garnish: Small orange wedge

Pour the orange juice into a champagne flute and tilt the glass to add an equal amount of cider.

Cider Berry Crush

This berry cocktail is the perfect summer treat – it’s fresh and light and will leave you wanting more. Cider, raspberries and vodka – what more could you want.

Gently stir, garnish with orange wedge, and serve immediately.

4-6 Raspberries

30ml Vodka

90ml Cider

90ml Lemonade

Ice

Instructions

Muddle the Raspberries in a glass

Add vodka, cider then lemonade and stir gently.

Add ice and garnish with raspberries

Cider Mint Refresh

Mint is a cocktail classic – its so refreshing and suits the sunshine so well. Combine that with cider and you’ve got a sure fire winner!

30ml White Rum

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

Dash Angostura Bitters

Cucumber

120ml Cider

Mint

Muddle mint and cucumber and all ingredients apart from cider into a shaker. Shake with ice and strain.

Pour cider over the top and garnish with mint and cucumber.
