  1. This Month’s TOP PICK CIDER- Meon Valley – Chalk Stream 6%

Eminently quaffable! A golden amber coloured refreshing cider with an appley nose and long dry finish. Well balanced flavour comprising of locally sourced Hampshire and Sussex dessert/culinary apples bittersweets and bittersharps from the West Country

  1. Beard and Sabre – Yardarm Craft Cider –  6% ABV

Beard and Sabre’s flagship cider. Yardarm is a medium-dry, its a smooth, easy drinking cider that harbours strong apple flavours reminiscent of the apple juice it once was. Fermented using champagne yeast over a period of six months resulting in a drink that is a cut above the rest.

  1. Ex-Press Cider – Gundog Millionaire Craft Cider 6.5% ABV

A premium cider made in Exmoor from Somerset Cider apples.  It’s a deep golden colour with a caramel after taste. Medium Dry.

Lightly Dry and refreshing with hidden depths made from a mixture of dabinett and yarlington mill apples

  1. Meon Valley Cider – Brown Trout 6 % ABV

Amber cider cider lightly oaked with vanilla, kiwi fruit, and caramel notes. Good with stilton cheese and desserts. Using local Hampshire and Sussex dessert apples together with bittersweeets from the West Country

  1. Meon Valley Cider – Dragon Fly  6% ABV

Honey coloured, wildflower nose with almond notes, hints of bittersweet and a lingering dry finish. Using locally sourced Hampshire and Sussex apples and bittersweets from the West Country

 

  1. Beard and Sabre – Berry Master 4% ABV

Berrymaster is the first of Beard & Sabre’s fruit ciders it is a light raspberry and redcurrant cider founded on a 100% self-pressed vintage cider apple base. Not overpowering and sweet but perfectly on point.

 

  1. Beard and Sabre – Apple Smuggler –  5.5% ABV

Apple Smuggler is a cider drinkers traditionally pressed CAMRA approved cider. Crafted from vintage cider apples Somersets Redstreak and Tremletts bitter and with no additional ingredients it is a true heritage cider.

 

  1. Cornwall Cider Company – Apple Slayer 5 % ABV

Easy drinking, bittersweet with a deceptive bite made from a mixture of dabinett and yarlington mill apples.

A clean, crisp and totally refreshing apple cider crafted with a blend of bittersweet and sweet cider apples
