Moving on to full glasses: @bottlehousebrew Chorus Heritage cider, 2017 harvest on the left and Aria, a 90% Goldrush, 10% heirloom sharp blend. Both are fantastic. Chorus has just enough tannic astringency to make it super balanced, Aria is sharper, with more malic acidity and keeps the mouth watering until the next sip.
