ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
North Hills Cider apples have been collected from various small orchards in and around the low valleys of the North Yorkshire moors. We used Katy apples as the main feature, but also a mix of others that where to hand.Fermented out in the traditional way, then transferred to tanks in their brewery where they let the cider meet the hops, a mixture of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka is added and left to take on flavour.
The result being a dry crisp cider with a subtle citrus hop flavour that has a slight sweetness to the finish. enjoy!!!!
