Perfectly fermented, dry champagne-style cider with a beautifully fresh apple aroma.
Made on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales with 100% fresh juice from locally-grown desert and cider apples.
Pressed in small batches on a traditional rack-and-cloth cider press and matured for at least 12 months in stainless steel vats before bottle-conditioning. Each bottle then goes through the traditional process of riddling and disgorging by hand to remove the sediment, before adding a dosage made from pure Dabinett cider apples.
The result is a modern dry sparkling cider that makes a perfect alternative to Prosecco or Champagne - try it as an aperitif or paired with food.
Unfiltered, unpasteurised and with no added sweeteners or sulphites, gluten free and suitable for vegans.
