Our cider fruit comes from Dragon Orchard a beautiful 22 acre orchard in Ledbury, Herefordshire, which was first established in the late 1800s by the current orchard owner’s great grandfather. Traditional varieties and production methods are used to make all of our ciders and perries, which gives us PGI accreditation.
Rich gold in colour, bright and clear. Lightly sparkling. Bittersweet aromas of apple pie. Ripe apple dominates the palate with soft tannins with a noticeable sweet but well-balanced finish. Great on its own or equally good with a plate of charcuterie and lightly spiced food.
