Dreadful customer service

I ordered a glass and a gift voucher to be delivered to a friend for his birthday. The glass arrived, the gift voucher didn't. I sent an email to that effect to customer service and received an auto reply to say you were "on it". Two weeks later the only subsequent response I've received is this email asking for a rating and review. No voucher, no apology, no anything. I'm sure you can imagine that I'm not best pleased.

This past weekend I sent my friend some cider from a different supplier. Due to non-fulfillment of the greater part of my order, I want a refund for the missing gift voucher.
