Gospel Green Cyder has mastered traditional cyder making techniques to create one of the finest sparkling cyders. The ‘traditional method’ as employed in the champagne region of France ferments the apples in vats for four months followed by a minimum of 10 months in the bottle to create this delicious and sophisticated cyder.
Gospel Green Rosé uses a blend of the finest dessert apples which creates a smooth rounded finish which leaves you with a touch of baked apple after more floral noes of wild strawberry, hedgerow berries and a hint of rosehip.
