How Does The Cider Subscription Work?
1. Your first box will be sent out within 1-2 days of your order.
2. The next box will be sent after 20th of the following month.
3. All other boxes are sent after 20th of each month
4. You will receive email reminder 3 days before renewed - there you can pause, cancel or continue.
You can make changes to your subscription at any time by logging into your Crafty Nectar Account.
To skip a box or update your subscription, log into your account at craftynectar.com (it's at the top right of the page).
You'll be able to manage your subscription completely from here. You can skip your next box, you can change billing details, all by clicking on MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS and then selecting the options.

Cancellation: To cancel your subscription entirely, please click on 'subscriptions' and then click 'cancel' on actions.

The ciders in our boxes are premium, quality ciders made from small craft producers made with passion and care. Supermarkets are extremely limited in their real cider range and our bottles actually match the prices if they stock an equivalent quality cider, whilst giving you access to undiscovered gems from around the UK. Alongside delivery to your door and a quality subscription plan our subscribers are getting great value for money.
The monthly plan is billed every month and on the 20th of each month. Your 'Next charge date' is available in your account under the 'subscriptions' section. Please note: you will get an email to notify you 3 days before renewal.

What About Delivery?
Once the box is shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to track your order.
Delivery is £4.99 for our cider boxes and we use Parcelforce for all deliveries. Once the order is shipped you will receive tracking information.
Next day delivery if you order by 1pm but please allow 2-3 working days from the date of order.
If you do change your mind about your order and no longer want your ciders, we have a no questions asked return policy. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We only offer refunds for returned orders and do not offer any exchanges. Original delivery charges are non-refundable if your order is returned except in cases where there is an issue with the order.
The cost of postage and safe return of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until the order is back in our warehouse. We recommend that a trackable method of postage is chosen and you hold on to the proof of postage. Sadly we do not collect.
Once your order has been returned we will get in touch to let you know it has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

We're UK only. We get this question everyday and are looking into ways to ship UK cider all over the world.
Oh no! It breaks our heart to hear that our ciders have been damaged but we understand this can sometimes happen during transit as they are fragile goods.
If you've received a box with a broken bottle, we please email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We kindly ask you to send through the following to help us evaluate the situation and come up with the best solution for you:
1) Photographic evidence of your damaged box – 3 - 5 photos (inside, outside, contents and postage label of the box)
2) Your name or email address linked to your account
3) Order or subscription number associated with the box in question
Cider Gift Boxes & Gift Subscriptions
Birthday? Wedding gift? Special date?
Please add any special instructions to your order and we will arrange for delivery to be made as near as possible to that date.
Gift recipients can take control of the account if they want to carry on with the subscription. e.g. you only paid for 3 month membership and they want to carry on.
Simply email us with an order name or number at email@example.com and we can have this done for you right away.
Yes, you will be able to add a gift message at checkout.
No price information will be included in the box.
You will be sent a notification email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You can then track your order through the online tracking ID. You will receive an email with attached tracking ID on the day of delivery, which will allow you to monitor the status of your package through each stage of the courier network.
You will receive another notification email once your order has been successfully delivered to the recipient or their neighbour. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a problem with your order.
