It was fun to get a surprise pack of ciders and I enjoyed the variety – still, sparkling, perry; a great way to try new ciders.
Lots of interesting things to learn and amazing how the humble apple can result in such a variety of cider - approach with an open mind, some of the ciders I liked the most were ones I wasn't expecting to be such a fan of! Gabe delivered the course with the enthusiasm and flare you'd expect of the ciderologist himself!
