We are chuffed to be the supplier of some beautiful French 'Cidre', our pick of the bunch, a lovely selection from Brittany, Northern France. Made with proper cider apples for big, bold flavours thanks to barrel fermenting, these are 750ml champagne style bottles, and are dry or off dry. Choose from our case of three, to sample one of each, or six, and recieve two of each variety.

Super-refreshing from the fridge, subtler and lower alcohol than Prosecco - we have to say we much prefer it (a completely unbiased opinion!)

Within this case we have packed in Cidres from three excellent family cideries across the area. From time to time, we may substitute one from what you see in the images, due to stock availability.

All bottles were far too sweet - had to pour them away. - nothing like the supermarket brut ciders in Normandy. And twice the price

Breton cidre

Breton Cidre brut a fantastic cider even if a bit pricey for what youd pay in Britanny. Cider is not an expensive drink to produce and that is reflected in how it is sold and consumed on the continent in France amd Northern Spain.....best ciders in the world

Northern French Cidre

Not all Breton (one was from Normandy), but were utterly delicious. Brought back memories of sipping this of an evening with a meal outside a Breton restaurant (and bringing back a loaded car with this wonderful nectar!). Good job we had the boules to drink it from ;-)
