We have previously featured Dabinett and Yarlington Mill Single Variety cases, as well as some more unusual ones, but this month we gather together six of the best from our home county of Somerset – each unique in it’s ability to make a great cider on it’s own, rather than blending. These ciders tend to be simpler, less complex and typically more Medium to be palatable.
