Naked No.9 is a whisky barrel Dabinett, with a small amount of wild blackberry co-fermented, made in collaboration with cider and wine experts Once Upon a Tree Cidery in Herefordshire.

Lightly sparkling from in bottle fermentation, the subtle smokey undertones of the whisky barrel creep in, to create a deliciously smooth and fruity bone dry cider, with distinctive rose colour for the berries, and big bold finish. Complex and refined, big flavour and so smooth, we love it with strong cheese, curry or spicy sausage.
